I have heard so much about this brand and how great the skincare products were. I wanted to try some things for myself but the way my budget was set up lol. I was excited when this duo was an option at Sephora for your birthday gift.
I’ve been using both products for a couple weeks and wanted to share my thoughts. Let’s jump into this review!

Beste No 9 Jelly Cleanser
According to the Drunk Elephant site, this cleanser is an innovative jelly cleanser that removes all traces of makeup, excess oil, pollution and any other grime from the day. The key ingredients are Cantaloupe which is rich in antioxidants and helps to smooth and hydrate the skin and glycerin to help replenish hydration levels that are normally lost during the cleansing process.
I have to say I really love this cleanser. It does what it claims on the site. I love how moisturized, smooth and hydrated my skin feels after using this cleanser. I’ve only used it in the morning but interested to see how it works at night. Also this does not have a scent for those sensitive to smells. The full size retails for 32 which is not that bad. I would pick this up again.
Protini Polypeptide Cream
Again according to the Drunk Elephant site, this protein moisturizer combines an array and concentration of signal peptides, growth factors, supportive amino acids and pygmy waterlily for visable and immediate improvement in appearance of skin’s tone, texture and firmness. A key ingredient is the 9 signal peptide complex that help to bind moisture to the skin, plump, firm and restore bounce to skin’s appearance.
Now I know I just said a mouthful there lol. I was a little scared to use this moisturizer at first because my skin likes to act crazy sometimes when I try something new and I’ve used any of those ingredients before. Well my skin loves this moisturizer and has not broken out yay! I love that is pretty lightweight but really moisturizes and hydrates the skin. It pairs really well with the cleanser. This retails at 68 dollars and it may seem a bit pricey to some but sometimes you can’t put a price on skincare. I would most likely pick this up again.

Overall I was really surprised by both products and really love them. I was a little skeptical at first but I’m glad I tried these products out. I would highly recommend both if you’re looking for some new skincare products to try. Have you tried anything from Drunk Elephant before? Which product did you try?
