
I’m taking what I did and didn’t do last month and applying it to this month’s focus. For August, I mainly want to focus on being more active and eating better. I started out pretty good and just fell off. It happens but you have to keep going if you want to change. It is just crazy how I used to be in the gym every week and haven’t really been active in about 3 years which is not good at all.

So here is what I’ll be focusing on this month and I will update you at the end of the month. I still haven’t stepped on the scale yet and I’m a little scared but I think I may do so soon.
Being More Active
Working Out 2-3 times a week
Stretching Everyday
Taking more walks
Learn A Dance From A Music Video (trying to decide which one lol)
Eating Better
Meal Prepping
More Fruits and Veggies
Less Coffee, More Tea
Limit Bread and Pasta
More Water
