“Comparison is a thief of joy”. I know you have heard this saying and it is true. I had this topic on my mind for a while hopefully it came out in a way that you would understand. I know it is hard not to compare yourself to others but you have to think of it in a different perspective and different way. It can be really hard but it helps for you to take breaks from social media and also unfollow/block those people that don’t make you feel good about yourself. Enjoy!
