We are almost to the first day of Summer and wanted to update you on my Spring Bucket list. I was super determined to finish this list but also didn’t do so bad either. Let’s hop into this update.

Visit 2-3 Wineries – I was sad I didn’t get around to any this Spring. I was going to go one weekend for this girl’s weekend theme but my cycle was trying to take me out lol so we didn’t go. I’ll probably push this to my Summer or Fall bucket list.

Do Something Fun – Now this I did complete off the list lol. This will be on all bucket lists moving forward because you have to have fun in life and just do the things. I actually did a couple fun things this Spring. I got to see Alex Isely live in concert and it was amazing. We went to the New York show and she was just everything. Also it was a fun night in the city. I also won tickets to an expanded outdoor venue spot with a concert featuring Two Friends. I haven’t heard of the DJ duo but it was such an amazing time, I really enjoyed it. I was also invited to two movie pre-screenings for Jack Ryan and Masters of the Universe (both movies were very good). I look forward to the fun things this Summer.

Make A Recipe Out Of My Cookbooks – I only got to make one recipe which was very good. I made Chicken Parm Burgers out of my Ayesha Curry cookbook and they were pretty good. I had to improvise a bit because the oven wasn’t working but they still turned out pretty good. I did plan out on getting to the other cookbooks but didn’t get the chance to. I still want to continue working on this one.

Bake A Spring Pastry/Cake – Due to the oven not working, I couldn’t complete this one but once Fall hits, I will be sure to get back to this one.

See I didn’t do too bad on this one. I already have my Summer bucket list planned out but may tweak a few things on it. Let me know if you have any fun things planned for the Summer.
