Summer is on the way and I always get excited about what will be trending. Even though I’m not the biggest fan of Summer because of the weather and how fast it goes by, I always want to be trendy for the seasons.

According to Google AI when I did a search, the fashion trend for Summer is about balancing effortless, breathable minimalism with bold playful retro touches. To me it seems like we are going back to the basics and dressing more simple, elegant and of course bringing back some retro trends. Summer is alway hot so it makes sense to wear light, breathable, breezy fabrics that are of course fashionable.

I’ve been seeing a lot of knit clothing and shoes in the stores and online. I love the look of knit and it is also very breathable fabric. I would definitely wear this trend this Summer. I’ve also seen that capris are very in and loving the trend. Capris to me are one of those timeless pieces that are always in and they are very retro as well. I need to go to the store and grab a pair or two.

I’ve also seen jorts trending as well for the Summer and I’ve always wanted a pair. I think they are so cute and you can wear them with a graphic tee and sneakers or with a cute top and heels. Jorts are super versatile and just a cute trend to me. And speaking of graphic tees, they will be trending this Summer and they have always been in. I’ve been looking for more graphic tees to wear because they are also very versatile for dressing up or dressing down.

Lastly I see that sportswear crossover will be trending this Summer. I feel like this has been in style for years but just more trendy this Summer season. I also love how the trend can be dressed down or dressed up and still be sporty at the same time. I feel like I’ve worn this trend before but would love to wear it again.
