So we are back to our regularly scheduled program after this year’s Blogtober. I am still on this wellness journey and determined to finish out the year strong and continue on into 2024. Can you believe it is November already and we are almost into the new year? I also can’t wait for Thanksgiving (one of my favorites times of the year) to eat and cook lol.
This month I want to continue on focusing on the smaller things and work my way into the bigger goals. So here is what I will be focusing on this month:

Stretching Everyday
Attempt To Work Out Once-Twice A Week
