
It is kind of funny that I forgot some of the goals I set for myself this month lol. Work has been so crazy this month and I’ve been busy trying to stay sane.. I honestly forgot about some of them. I am still a work in progress and will get it together. So let’s get into how I did this month lol.
Focus On Daily Water Intake – I did make it a point to drink water everyday, not as much as I wanted to but I did get my daily water in take. I just need to focus more on it in November.
No Fast Food – I have to laugh at this because I know I need to start brining my lunch to work. I don’t even want to see how much I’ve spent this year alone on take out and I really want to limit the fast food. It can be hard when I don’t get a break until much later than everyone else and the only thing I can grab is something from Wendy’s or McDonald’s. I just want to make healthier choices when it comes to lunches. This is something I can definitely work on.
No Drinking During The Week, Weekend Only – I have to laugh at this one too because I was still drinking during the week. It wasn’t as much but I still was lol. I can still work on this.
Daily Walks/Stretching – Besides a few missed days, I did continue my daily walks. I made it a point to step outside of work and take my walk which is over a mile each time. I know it is starting to get colder and I have to figure out something. I also didn’t stretch much and plan on working on this next month.
Work Out Once A Week – Another thing I’m laughing at. I don’t know what the issue is with me and working out. I will get to the bottom of it.
Overall this month wasn’t a total fail and always room for improvement. I’m going to continue working on this wellness journey and will have November’s goals up this Thursday.
