
Okay, I’ve been on this journey for a couple months now and I guess some progress is better than none at all but I feel like I need to start off small and work my way up. I’ve been setting these big goals, not accomplish them and get upset about it. I just need to focus on the smaller things that I know I can get done and be consistent with. It is all about creating those healthy habits and everything else will fall into place.
Main Focus
Focus On Daily Water Intake
No Fast Food
No Drinking During The Week, Weekend Only
Daily Walks/Stretching
Work Out Once A Week

I feel like these goals are more obtainable and more realistic to start out with. I know I can do this, I got this.
