
I am 3 months into this wellness journey and even though it has been kind of rough, I’m determined to keep pushing. I noticed that when I set these goals, I’m still trying to do way too much and not focusing on a few things at a time. So for this month, I’m not going to focus on doing too much and try to establish healthy habits.

Working out 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday,Saturday)
Continue Daily Walks
Dance Tutorial
Eating Better
Limit Alcohol intake during the week
More fruits and veggies
Healthier Meals
