
I can’t believe that we are in the last quarter of 2025. It seems like this year has gone by so fast but I’m excited to finish out the quarter strong and start their new year off on a good note. Let’s get into how I made out with my 3rd Quarter Wellness Goals!
No Fast Food/Eating Breakfast At Home And Bring Lunch And Snacks To Work – Can I say that I did this a hand full of times and just didn’t do so well with this one. The goal is to save money and also eat healthier but sometimes I don’t make enough dinner for leftovers or I wake up late and don’t have time to make something. I know I should prepare things the night before and I’m working on that. I do want to try harder next quarter on doing more of this.
No Drinking In August – Yea failed this one miserably. I am trying to do a detox once a quarter but it didn’t happen this quarter.
No Beef Or Pork – I did really well with this goal. I did have pork like once or twice during the quarter and had a burger like twice but I did really good with this one. I want to continue limiting both moving forward. I don’t think I want to go full vegan/plant based but want to just eat better.
Sign Up For A Gym Membership – I’m so proud of myself for accomplishing this goal! Now have I been since I signed up….no but that will be for next quarter. Just proud of myself for taking the steps and joining!
I feel pretty good about how I made out with my goals this past quarter and looking forward to the 4th quarter ones which will be the next post lol.
