I know we are well into this 3rd quarter but wanted to keep myself accountable and on track to a better and healthier version of myself. So here are the goals I set for the 3rd Quarter and like always, will check back in towards the end with an update.
No Fast Food/Eating Breakfast At Home and Bring Lunch and Snacks To Work – I realized how much I’ve been spending on breakfast and lunch during the week and I need to be saving more so I decided to cut those things out during the week. I know there will be those one off instances but I feel like this will help with the healthier eating and always help my pockets.
No Drinking in August – I feel like I need to do this once a quarter where I don’t drink for a month. I successfully did so April of last year and want to work up to not drinking for a quarter, half a year and maybe a whole year.
No Beef Or Pork – I feel like beef takes a while to digest and process in your system and pork sometimes has too much sodium that I’m trying to cut back on so I decided to cut both meats out this quarter. I’ll be eating only chicken, turkey, seafood, and vegan options.
Sign Up For A Gym Membership – I feel like if I have a monthly financial commitment, I’ll go to the gym. It was more consistent when I had a gym membership and then the pandemic hit and other stuff. There is a gym near me and I should go around to inquire about what they offer and how much it will be monthly.
