
You know what, let’s just get into this update because this month was basically a total fail, seriously.
Main Focus
Working out 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday,Saturday) – Yea this didn’t even happen. I didn’t not work out once in the month of September.
Continue Daily Walks – Now I did walk, not everyday but I did get some walks in. I know the weather was a huge factor because it was still Summer, the rain or other crazy weather but I at least I did walk.
Dance Tutorial – Nope…not at all
Eating Better
Limit Alcohol intake during the week – I mean this wasn’t really a total fail but I didn’t limit it as much as I wanted to
More fruits and veggies – I tried, didn’t happen
Healthier Meals – Nope lol
Well, I can’t say September was a total fail but it wasn’t a good month for my wellness journey. Eventually I will get consistent with working out and then other things will fall into place. I still believe in myself and I can do this.
