Happy New Year’s Eve! Wow we are hours away from 2026 and I’m excited! I love a fresh start and another year to elevate and improve myself. I will be continuing the quarterly wellness goals in 2026 so let’s get into the update on last ones of 2025!
No Drinking November and December – So I’m trying to get out of the mindset of saying that I failed at something. Honestly this didn’t go very well and can always try again
Start Going To The Gym – Now this I actually got around to and it felt good. I love that the gym is close to my house so there is no excuse. I haven’t been recently but will be back soon!
Get Back To Therapy- It has been super busy lately and it had been a struggle trying to fit this into my schedule. Getting back into therapy really needs to be a priority for me and just need to figure out the best time to go.
It wasn’t that bad this last quarter. There is always room for improvements. I’ll have my 2026 goals and 2026 1st Quarter Wellness goals up this week!
