You know I have been on the hunt for a new lip scrub for a while. I forgot what I used before but I was in the market for something else and it was really hard to find something. I’ve tried a few out and didn’t like how it made my lips feel, was too abrasive or just didn’t like it. I kinda gave up until I saw this in Ulta one day and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did because I discovered a new favorite.

Dr. PawPaw is a new brand to me and I am loving it so far. I’ve only seen them in Ulta. It caught my attention due to the 100% natural on the packaging and also the bright yellow and black as well. I love products that have majority natural ingredients so I know what I am putting on my body. Some of the key ingredients include castor oil, Aloe Vera, olive oil and pawpaw fruit (which nourishes, hydrates and rejuvenates).

I love that you get a lip scrub and lip balm in one which is so convenient. It is compact so it is easy to travel with and carry in your bag. The top portion is the lip scrub which I really love. It is not abrasive or rough feeling at all. It feels very smooth with a little bit of grit like really fine sugar. It is easy to use and removes easily. On the bottom portion is the lip balm which is a nice follow up to using the scrub. This lip balm is thick and really moisturizes your lips. I have a little fear of trying new lip products because my lips have become a little sensitive to things but so far so good with this duo, especially the lip balm.

So of course I’m recommending you try this duo out for yourself. This is perfect for the cooler weather coming in, you need something to keep your lips smooth, soft and moisturized. This retails at Ulta for 10.50 which is not bad at all and I believe they sell other lip products by this brand as well.
