Naturalle Drea

It is currently Saturday morning and just took the dog outside. I had my alarm set earlier to get up and finish some housework I didn’t get around to yesterday but decided to go back to sleep until the dog woke me up to go outside. I had plans on sleeping in a bit but my mind wouldn’t shut off on the undone housework list. So after I hit publish on this, going to finish my list and of course get some breakfast and coffee.

I had a thought as I was outside on the state of this country now and just how ignorant people are these days. A lot of them really have the audacity to just be a negative person in the world which we don’t need any more of. There are people currently out of work and not getting paid due to the government shut down, supplemental benefits for families are being cut next month and people are online laughing and making fun of it. There is nothing funny about not having income or extra benefits at all. Things are already expensive enough, especially groceries and other household items that are a necessity. I can’t understand how people can be so heartless.

When these things happen, I feel helpless as a creator at times. Here I am posting about the Sephora Sale and there are people who are out of work and wondering how to survive. I feel guilty at times posting about certain things. I often pull back from posting some thing when certain things are happening in the country and in the world. I’ve seen people harass certain big creators to say something about what is going on but sometimes, they may not have the words. It also helps to do your research on things first before speaking out, not everything people put out on social media is true.

I’m honestly worried about the direction this county is going in, what is going to happen, will things get better, why are people so heartless and ignorant. It is a lot to worry about on top of trying to keep your household and mental health in order.
