2nd Quarter Wellness Goal Update

Hey there! I know I am getting this up late and missed out on last week. Listen work has been super busy with us being a little under staffed so I’ve been taking on more responsibility and it has been a little draining. There are days that I just want to stay in bed and call off and I can’t and honestly need those mental health days. Hopefully things will get better soon and also trying to navigate the after work things too.

But we are here to talk about the 2nd Quarter Wellness Goal I set for myself and how I made out. I’m not going to lie but I did forget about them and won’t say it is a total fail but I can do better. So let’s get into this and I’ll have my 3rd Quarter Goals up on Tuesday.

Cleaner Eating – I’ve been up and down with this goal. It is so hard to stay away from the fries and other foods I love but I need to be eating better. I have been incorporating more fruits and veggies as snacks and making healthier choices when I go out to eat. I am still working on this.

Being Active – I was on a roll with my daily walks but the weather has been crazy lately with the rain and the heat. I’ll be working on this more next quarter.

More Tea, Limiting Coffee To The Weekends – So I started off strong with this one but just forgot about this goal and kept going with the coffee everyday. Every once in a while I will have tea or matcha.

Limiting Alcohol To The Weekends – I tried but it didn’t happen consistently. There were a few weeks and then I had a some drinks during the week being out or just because. This is still a work in progress.
