
There is so much going on in this GIF but I had to use it because it was so funny. I am back with my quarterly wellness goals. I took the first quarter to start diving into the new year and getting adjusted to things. I really want to get serious about getting rid of this extra weight and being healthy like I was before. Here is what I want to focus on in the 2nd Quarter of 2025.
Cleaner Eating ~ For Lent this year, I actually gave up fried foods and want to limit them moving forward. I also want to just eat better with more fruits and veggies and limiting the unhealthy foods and snacks. I know there are more healthier options out there for snacks and other foods. I also want to get back into juicing more consistently.
Being Active ~ Not sure what the road block has been but I want to get back into the gym and back into working out and moving my body more. I’m tired of not liking how I look in clothing or in the mirror. I do want to get back into the gym and just making that part of my daily routine. I feel like if I sign up for the gym again, I have to go because I am paying for it (but I really don’t want another bill)
More Tea, Limiting Coffee To The Weekends~ Listen I have been drinking coffee almost everyday for years. I just love it so much and honestly want to cut back on it. I want to drink more green tea and other beneficial teas for my health. The coffee will be for the weekends and honestly those one off days during the week when I really need it.
Limiting Alcohol In Take(Seriously this time)To The Weekends ~ Well I did complete a 30 day detox last year and actually want to do a 60 day detox soon. I want to limit the alcohol to the weekends as well and not drink too much. I just want to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine or a cocktail and just feel nice.
