You know, this has been on my mind for a while and just was trying to find the words for it or how to express how I feel. This whole thing with makeup inclusiveness and creators that call out these brands has been a lot. I can’t believe it is 2024 and all shades and skin tones still don’t have products for them, still have to call out brands for not creating shades for everyone. A lot of these brands honestly refuse to be inclusive and that is sad. Everyone that loves wearing makeup deserves to walk into a store or shop online and find their foundation shade, a blush that fits their skin tone, a concealer or any other product.

I feel like makeup is for anyone who loves to make themselves feel beautiful, a way to express themselves, an outlet or career and it should be inclusive. Everyone from the fairest to the darkest should have products to fit their skin tone and it is sad that this is still happening and we still have to call these brands out. What is also sad and infuriating are the ignorant people who hide behind their keyboards and phone saying all kinds of rude and racist things to those creators who are not complaining, just calling for inclusion for everyone. The audacity of some people to say those things just blows my mind.

But this is just my 2 little cents. I hate that this is still happening today and I honestly commend all that are holding these brands accountable and bringing awareness to this.
