2nd Quarter Wellness Goals Update

So I really didn’t mean to take last week off but it just happened. I guess I needed another break from blogging but I have been thinking and brainstorming a lot as well. I am back with my 2nd Quarter Wellness Goals and have to say that I did pretty well with them so let’s get into it.

No Alcohol in April – I have to say I am really proud of myself for this goal. I actually went over into a few days in May and just happy I was able to accomplish this. It made me feel like I do have that discipline to do anything I put my mind to. I want to incorporate this more and actually thinking about doing this for the last quarter of the year. If I could go 34 days, I can go 3 months. I was just super happy to really smash this goal.

Daily Walks – I have been keeping up with my daily walks…weather permitting. It has been really hot lately and have to wait until later in the day to walk. I really love walking while I’m at work because it helps with the stress and also to get some fresh air instead of being inside at my desk all day. I am proud of myself that I am still going strong.

Start Working Out 1-3 Times A Week – I think I worked out once or twice during this 2nd quarter lol. I am getting there. I wouldn’t call this a total fail because at least I started.

Daily/Weekly Reading – So I started out reading and just stopped after a while lol. I do want to get back into reading more often, well I want to get back to reading at least a chapter of a book everyday.

I have to say this was a very successful quarter and can’t wait to continue with journey to being a better and healthier version of myself. I will have my 3rd Quarter Goals in the next post.
