
The last time I updated you on self care was November of 2023. Yikes. This year I want to make it a point to carve out self care time for myself and do things to take my mind off the stress and hard days at work. If you have been following this series for a while, listening to music is my go-to, number one self care thing. I just put on something, a play list and just get lost in the lyrics and melodies.

Also those silent car rides have been another go-to self care for me. They really help me clear my thoughts and just get things out. You honestly should try it if you have a pretty decent commute home or while you are running errands. It is very helpful if you are an over thinker like myself.

Do I remember what else I’ve done for self care since November…..not really lol but mainly just my usual go to self care and trying to find other self care acts I can do for myself. What is your go to self care thing? Let’s chat!
