Can you believe it is Spring and already 3 months into the new year? I’m so glad Winter is over (and doesn’t come back lol) and the nice weather is finally here. Let’s get into this update.
Coffee Only On The Weekends, More Tea- So I started off strong with this one and then fell back into old habits of coffee everyday. I’ve been drinking coffee since high school (that’s a long time) and just trying to establish better habits. I’ll continue working on this.
Have A Set Gym Schedule- Listen, the last time I was in the gym was January and that’s not good. I just need to figure out the best times to go to the gym and what days. I’ll get it together.
No Drinking In March- So totally forgot about this one so we’ll try again next quarter lol.
No Rice/Pasta/Bread- Healthier Options- Actually started off strong with this and fell off. I actually did my research on the healthier options but geez stuff is so expensive. I know my son doesn’t like a lot of this stuff so it’s going to be double cooking and all.
I mean it wasn’t a bad quarter, can just do a little better. I’ll be sharing my 2nd quarter goals this week so stay tuned. How did you make out the first quarter of 2026? Let’s chat.
