It is that time of the year where we start reflecting and mapping out our goals for the new year. I actually just finished my goals for 2026 and I’m excited about them. I also need to take another look at my goals for this year to see if I’m on track to accomplishing any of them or not.

I’ve been thinking about one of my goals for the new year of elevating my content. I feel like I’m not using my full potential and a big part of that is scheduling and having the time to create content. I do work a full time job and sometimes it is hard to come home after a long hard day (especially if you had a mentally draining day) and have to come home and create content. And if you work Monday-Friday, you honestly want to rest on the weekend but this is the free time to create content on top of other household cleaning and all. It can be a lot and I know I can show up better online. I have all the tools, just need to make the time.

I’ve also been thinking about what other content I want to get into posting besides the hair content. I am know for the hair but I want to dive back into makeup, fashion, moire lifestyle and more. I feel like it will help me expand so much. I also want to expand on here and be a better blogger. A lot of my posts are written out the night before and come off the top of my head which is no problem at times but I really want to take my time with writing and drafting blog posts.

I just have a lot of thoughts and ideas floating around that I am trying to figure out how to execute and all. I’ll figure it out but I’m excited for the rest of this year and what is to come for 2026! Have you started mapping out your 2026 goals yet? Let’s chat.
