I feel like my emotions and thoughts have been all over the place and on a roller coaster lately. I have my ups and downs which is normal probably because my son turned 14 and will be a freshman in high school next month. He already had freshman orientation and just can’t believe he is really growing up. At some point he will be towering over me asking to borrow money and the car and I’m not okay. They grow up so fast!
I’ve been in the mode lately of thinking about the goals for next year, how to set myself up for success to start off the new year right and so on. Also heavy reflecting on this current year and how things have been going. I have to say this year was interesting and just a lot has been going on and happening all around. I hope the temperature and issues of this country start to get better because it has been a hot mess and seems like it will only get worse.
As I was scheduling out the post for this month, it is my blogging anniversary month! Geez I lost count of how many years I’ve been doing this but just thankful for my journey and my platform here. I’ll have a reflection post next week. But yea life has been busy, overwhelming at times and just okay. I can’t complain too much. Hopefully you all have been doing well.
