
So I just realized I haven’t updated you on my self care journey since December 2024…..wow. That is just crazy that I haven’t been documenting it on here at all since then. We are well into the new year and I’ve honestly been doing my usual self care of listening to music and silent car rides. I’ve really been into the DJs on YouTube (so late to the party lol) but just love all the different mixes and can just listen for hours.

I know I need to pour more into myself and actually get back to therapy very soon. I also need to get back into my coloring book too and journaling. I’ve been so focused on other things that I am putting myself on the backburner like trying to get this weekly cleaning schedule down, work has been super busy and stressful and just everything else. As I’ve heard before and said myself, you can’t keep pouring from empty.
So I am going to working on self care more and make sure I keep up with the monthly updates. What is your favorite self care act? Let’s chat!
