
It is crazy how we are in the 4th quarter of 2024. It seems like this year has flown by because September ran like it didn’t want to be here lol. Well I am here to update you on my 3rd quarter wellness goals. I feel like it was a pretty successful quarter so let’s get into it.
Read 2-3 Books – I’m proud of myself for actually finishing a book and currently reading the second one. So I’ll say this was a success!
Working Out 2-3 Times A Week – Sooooo, I only worked out once within the quarter. I have been taking my daily walks, weather permitting but I really want to focus on this next quarter.
Do The Research, Get To Therapy by September – I’m super excited about accomplishing this goal! I’m not sure what took so long for me to get to therapy but I’m thankful and I have a black woman as my therapist. I’m excited for how much this will help me.
Focus On Healthier Eating Habits – This one was a hit and miss with me. There are days I would watch what I was eating and other days I just went to Chick Fil A lol. I guess I’m still trying to be more balanced with my eating habits and will get it together soon.
The big one for me is getting to therapy! I am so proud of myself and can’t wait to share the 4th quarter goals…that I’ll be sharing tomorrow lol.
